Through events, media, and direct engagement, we amplify the voices of those working towards real solutions and inspire others to join the movement.
We Challenge
Progress requires courage. We challenge the limiting beliefs, outdated planning assumptions, and systemic barriers that stand between Cornwall's people and the homes they need.
We do this not by pointing fingers, but by asking better questions, presenting evidence, and championing the bold ideas that can genuinely move things forward.
The Acre Project
We are working with landowners across Cornwall on the Acre Project — a pioneering initiative to unlock small parcels of land for sustainable, community-led housing.
By connecting willing landowners with the right partners and planning expertise, we're demonstrating that new models of housing delivery are possible — right here in Cornwall.
